When I realized that my apartment rent was costing me more each month than a mortgage, I decided it was time to look into buying a house. I've never owned property and wasn't sure where to begin. Fortunately, Chance Hammock really knows his business. He patiently walked me through every step of the process. First, we discussed the kind of home I was looking for. I found several great-looking homes online in my free time, but the one I ultimately fell in love with was one that Chance found for me. Once the offer was accepted, Chance helped set up the inspection, dealt with the seller's agent, and worked with my mortgage provider to make sure that the entire experience was handled quickly and efficiently. I imagine this process is very stressful for most people, but Chance worked tirelessly to make sure that stress didn't fall on me. When I called, he answered right away. He answered all of my questions, though some of them were probably pretty silly. Chance made me feel like we were in this together. Partners! My success was his success. My husband and I met Chance randomly at an open house and I consider that a very lucky day for us! We are incredibly picky buyers and Chance patiently showed us houses for almost six months, sometimes at the last minute, before we successfully bid on our new home.
